Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Cloven CRM experience. Below is our standard refund policy:

New Sign Ups

We stand behind the quality of our service and offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for all new sign-ups. If you’re not happy with Cloven, we’ll refund your purchase if you cancel within 90 days of your sign-up.

To be eligible for a refund under the 90-day guarantee, you must have actively used the Cloven CRM and met the basic usage requirements outlined in our 90-Day Guarantee Terms.

On Renewal

Monthly Subscriptions

If you wish to cancel your monthly subscription, please provide us with at least 30 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.

We do not offer refunds for month cancellations.

Yearly Subscriptions

If you request a refund after your yearly renewal, you must submit your cancellation request within 7 days of the renewal date to be eligible for a refund.

After this 7-day window, we do not provide pro-rated refunds for yearly subscriptions, regardless of when the cancellation occurs.

How to Request a Refund
If you are eligible for a refund, please contact our billing team at billing@bluroot.ca. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure that your request is processed efficiently.

Once your request is received and verified, we aim to process your refund within 30 days.

How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time using the “BluAdmin” tab in your CRM, or by emailing billing@bluroot.ca.
Once we receive your request, we’ll process it.  And, if applicable, guide you through the next steps.

We aim to process cancellation requests within 7 business days.
